Booking

Room Booking: We offer rooms under different categories. You may book room of your choice subjected to availability of room. You must pay the full amount including applicable taxes at the time of booking.

Age: You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for booking room. You are required to product document supporting age proof at the time of checkin.

Regulations: All bookings are subject to applicable government regulations.

Modification & Cancellation

Modification: Bookings can be modified up to one hour before the scheduled check-in time, subject to availability and any applicable fees.

Cancellation: Hourly Hotel Deals (Yansh Hospitality Private Limited) reserves the right to cancel bookings due to any uncertainty. The refunds in this case will be governed by our refund policy.

Refunds

Cancellation By Us: In case the booking is cancelled by us due to any uncertainty you are eligible for a full refund.

Automated Cancellation: No refund will be issued in case you failed to checkin at the selected time of booking and the booking is cancelled automatically.

Cancellation By You: You are eligible for full refund if you cancel booking prior to 24 hours from checkin time. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to checkin no refunds will be issued.

Settlement: All refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon approval.
